Zanflare provides 24-month warranty, please feel free to contact us for refund and replacement if there are any issues with your purchase.
30-Day Return for Any Reason (40-Day for members)
If you are not satisfied with your new product, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase (40 days for members) to receive the full refund for any reason after contacting us. If the reason for return is not quality-related, the customer must pay the return shipping costs.
24-Month Warranty (VERIFY on the product manual)
Please note that the warranty for a replacement begins from the date of original purchase.
Before submitting a warranty claim, please refer to the specific FAQs for your product and attempt all troubleshooting suggestions. If you believe the product is defective and under warranty, please send a clear photo or video showing the defect(s) by email, these should be taken under good lighting. You can submit a message directly on our website. Or please kindly send an email to cs@zanflare.com, once we receive your email, you will get the best solutions in 24 hours.
If the return is determined, an authorized zanflare reseller order number/a receipt is also needed. If a product is returned to us with no returns number, we will be unable to correctly issue a refund or fix any faulty item. A dated sales receipt from Amazon that shows the history of the order in detail. If you do not have a proof, you might contact them to see if they can provide a copy of the receipt.
